Electrical short sparks blaze at mobile home

A Howard County man lost his mobile home after an apparent electrical shortage sparked a fast-moving, early morning fire.Firefighters responded to a call shortly after midnight Wednesday morning of a fire at a residence on South Anderson Road, said Howard County Volunteer Fire Chief Tommy Sullivan.“Through the investigation, we think the fire was most likely caused by an electrical shortage,” Sullivan said.For more of this story, read Thursday's edition of the Herald.
