Elesha Thompson, 31, of Dallas, formerly of Big Spring died Sunday, Sept. 9, 2012, at her residence. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012, at Myers & Smith Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Myers & Smith Chapel with Lloyd Wells, associate pastor of Spring Creek Fellowship, officiating. Graveside services will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday at Hermleigh Cemetery.

She was born Oct. 25, 1980, in Big Spring, Texas, to Teresa and Michael Thompson. She was a lifetime resident of Big Spring until moving to Dallas in 2005. She attended TSTI in Sweetwater, Texas, studying electronics. She was a dental assistant.

She is survived by one son, Michael Reilly Shubert of Abilene; three daughters, Leslie Ann Shubert and Ashley Lee (Shorty) Shubert, both of Abilene, and Corin Slater of Graham; her parents, Teresa Brumley and husband John and Michael Thompson, all of Big Spring; one sister, Sherrie Thompson and (Mandy Morrow), all of Big Spring; a stepbrother, John Pena of Galveston; stepsister, Annetta (Nickie) Pena of Odessa; grandparents, Maurice and Mary Smith and Mary Lou Brumley, all of Big Spring.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Bill and Joan Thompson; and her stepmother, Susan Pena Thompson.
