Erin Christopher Gregg, 33, of Kerrville passed away March 24, 2013, in Kerrville, Texas. He was born in Wichita Falls, Texas, to James Richard Gregg and Barbara Smith Fields on July 20, 1979. Erin had four wonderful children, Kaylee Gregg of Kerrville, Blake Anderson of Saint Jo, Paxton Gregg of Stephenville and Hannah Gregg of Saint Jo.
Erin worked for Kerrville State Hospital and had many hobbies. He enjoyed driving his remote control cars and occupying his time fixing and cleaning them after a day of play. Erin was also an excellent artist and loved drawing. He also had an eye for photography. He and his daughter, Kaylee, were zombie enthusiasts and enjoyed countless hours watching horror movies together.
Erin is preceded in death by his grandmother, Joan Smith.
Erin is survived by his children, Kaylee, 15, Blake, 12, Paxton, 12, and Hannah, 7; his sister, Kerry Ferguson and husband Brett Ferguson; two stepbrothers, John Fields and Brian Fields; his parents, James Richard Gregg and Barbara Smith Fields and stepdad, Jack Fields; several aunts and uncles, including Vickie and David Wise of Bowie, Linda and Morris Watson Jr. of Jacksboro and Don and Jamie Gregg of Seymour; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 28, 2013, at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Kerrville, Texas. Burial will be next to his grandmother at Oakwood Cemetery in Jacksboro, Texas.
