Former Big Spring and Howard County law officer Mike Eggleston will be at the Heritage Museum on Wednesday, signing copies of his book, “Distorted Pillars.”
Written under his pen name, Mike McKee, the book follows the career of Mike Evans, who strikes out at anything he considers unethical, unfair or unpatriotic.
“It's fiction, but it closely follows my career and situations I was in as a law enforcement officer,” said Eggleston, who is retired and living near Dunn. “Really, only some of the names have been changed to keep me from getting sued.”
Wednesday's book signing will be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
