Festival of Lights drawing good crowds at city park

December 19, 2013

If you turn the lights on, they will come.

That’s the theory behind the popular drive-through event, the Festival of Lights, and if so, they’re right. As of Wednesday evening, 3,406 visitors had made their way through the 1 million-plus light display, representing 16 states, Canada and Japan.

The Festival opened Sunday and will run from 6 to 10 nightly through Dec. 31 at Comanche Trail Park.
