Big Spring Police Department Sgt. Tony Everett said witness accounts state gunfire erupted from the driverâs side window of a white Chevrolet Suburban which passed slowly by the scene of the birthday party.
âNumerousâ spent .22 caliber shell casings were recovered in the street in front of the residence, Everett said.
Approximately 90 minutes after the shooting, a Howard County Sheriffâs Department deputy stopped an automobile matching the description of the suspect vehicle.
