Grady Malcolm Smith, 49, of Coahoma died Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at his residence. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Coahoma Cemetery with Eddie Pitchford and Billy Sullivan officiating.
He was born Sept. 21, 1962, in Austin to Sandra and Grady Ross Smith. He grew up in Odessa, lived in Lubbock for a while and lived in Coahoma for more than 10 years. He was a plumber.
He is survived by his daughter: Channa Smith of Odessa; three sons: Grady Kirkland Smith, Christopher Dale Smith and Robert Patrick, all of Delaware; mother: Sandra Reid of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; grandfather: John Stanley of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; one sister: Penney Hopkins of Tell City, Ala.; and three grandchildren.
