Guzman indicted on murder charge

Tuesday, a Lubbock grand jury indicted a man on a murder charge who allegedly killed his wife in Lubbock and dumped her body in Big Spring.

According to court documents, Epifano Guzman, 44, has admitted to strangling his wife, Rachel Guzman, to death during an argument in their Lubbock County residence. The argument stemmed over a pending indecency with a child charge he was facing in Big Spring, he told investigators.
