Graveside services for Hannah Charlene Ables, 77, of Seagraves, Texas, will be held Monday, March 19, 2012, at 10 a.m. at Gaines County Cemetery in Seagraves with the Rev. Ronnie Lundsford officiating. All services are under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home.
Mrs. Ables passed away Sunday, March 18, 2012, at Memorial Health Care Center in Seminole, Texas. She was born May 19, 1934, in Oxford, Miss., to Cora (Keel) and J.D. Keel Sr. She was a Baptist. Hannah Ables was a resident of Seagraves for 58 years.
Mrs. Ables was a florist for 25 years and worked for Keel Florist in Seagraves, Texas.
Mrs. Hannah Ables is preceded in death by her parents; one brother, James Keel; and one sister, Billie Browne. She is survived by two sons, Tim Ables and wife Sylvia of Fort Worth, Texas, and Danny Ables and wife Rhonda of Odessa, Texas; a daughter, Alisa Kinard and husband Glen of Big Spring, Texas; two brothers, J.D. Keel Jr. and wife Ilean of Seagraves, Texas and Charles Keel of Seagraves; a sister, Mary Savage of Orville, Calif.; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
