Howard College men’s head basketball coach Scott Raines can look at the Western Junior College Athletic Conference standings and see the Midland College Chaparrals are a .500 team for the year.
What he doesn’t see is a team that will come into the Dorothy Garrett Coliseum and roll over. In fact, he figures he’ll see something quite different.
