Hawks lasso Westerners, 73-66

The Howard College Hawks are back in the Western Junior College Athletic Conference championship picture.
Sophomore guard David Joseph turned in a double-double performance and helped power the No. 22-ranked Hawks to a 73-66 win over the Western Texas College Westerners in front of a large crowd in the Dorothy Garrett Coliseum. Joseph was one of five Howard College players to reach double figures in the contest.
