Howard College officials slate academic-based summer camp

May 10, 2014

Slots are still open for the Howard College STEM summer camp program.

“The purpose of the camp is to expose students to an array of STEM — science, technology, engineering and mathematics,” said Lenny Christo, Howard College activity director for e-START grant.

The three-day camp is tailored for upcoming high school sophomores and juniors and will be held on the San Angelo campus June 5-7 and the Big Spring campus June 12-14. Registration deadline is May 16 and the camps are limited to only 20 students for each session.
