A suspect in the June 5 home invasion in the 600 block of State Street was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery Tuesday, bringing the total number of arrests in the case to more than a half-dozen.

Aaron Joe Guzman, 19, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a Big Spring Police Department warrant for aggravated robbery and a motion to revoke probation for possession of a controlled substance, according to law enforcement officials.

According to police reports, numerous suspects — witnesses stated there were between five and seven suspects involved — stormed the home of a Big Spring family at approximately 11 p.m. June 5, kicking in the side and front doors.
