Isabel 'Chavelo' Lomas

Isabel “Chavelo” Lomas, 55, of Big Spring died Friday, April 6, 2012, at Scenic Mountain Medical Center. No services are planned at this time.

He was born Aug. 10, 1956, to Catalina Gonzales Lomas and Luciano Lomas in Big Spring, Texas. He has been a lifetime resident of Big Spring. He worked in the construction business for many years before becoming disabled. He was a Catholic.

He is survived by one brother, Jose Maria Lomas of Big Spring; and two sisters, Janie Charles and husband Jessie of Houston and Esperanza Ocampo and husband Lee Gomez of Houston.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Luciano Lomas.
