Jacqueline Ann Martin Durham (Christi)

Jacqueline Ann Martin Durham (Christi), age 50, of Grandview, Tenn., died at her home on Dec. 1, 2011, after a 13-year battle with cancer. Services were held Dec. 4, 2011, in Crossville, Tenn.

Christi was born to Harold C. Martin and Jacqueline Martin “Bitsy” on Jan. 24, 1961, in Big Spring, Texas. She attended Big Spring High School, and later moved to Midland, Texas, where she met her husband, Bobby Durham. The two later moved to Grandview, Tenn.

Christi worked at Lazy Boy for several years.

She is survived by her husband, Bobby Durham; a daughter, M. Beth Ann Durham; and a son, Colton Durham; along with two granddaughters, all of Tennessee; her sister, Terri Martin Prater and husband Guy; two brothers, Harold C. Martin Jr. “Tim,” and Walter Martin “Bingo” and wife Laura, all of Big Spring; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Christi is preceded in death by her parents.

The family suggests memorials to the Susan G. Komen foundation or Relay for Life for Cancer.
