SEMINOLE — Funeral services for Jay Loyd Howard Brooks, 48, of Seminole will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, in the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Ned Nugent officiating. Services are under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home of Seminole.
Jay passed away Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, in Seminole. He was born March 20, 1964, in Seagraves, Texas. He worked as a respiratory therapist.
He is survived by a daughter, Lauren Brooks of Texarkana; his mother, Sue Elliott of Seminole; his father, Jerry Brooks of Dallas; one brother, Denis Brooks of Ruidoso, N.M.; one sister, Connie Wallace and husband Ronnie of Seminole; a niece; two nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
