Jeffrey David Flowers, 57, of Big Spring died Sunday, March 31, 2013, at Home Hospice House in Odessa. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Texas State Veterans Cemetery at Abilene.

He was born May 20, 1955, in Toledo Ohio to Doris and Richard Flowers. He was married to Cynthia Flowers. He was a self-employed carpenter and a Vietnam veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Flowers of Big Spring; six sons, Daniel Weathers (Brad) of Austin, Jeff Flowers (Nikki) of Amarillo, Andrew Flowers (Melonie) of Snyder, Matthew Flowers (Jessie) of Snyder, Nathan Flowers and Adam Flowers (Angela) of Big Spring; one sister, Debra Horton of Portsmouth, Ohio; two brothers, Kurt Flowers (Mary) of Elizabethtown, Ky., and Bruce Flowers (Rex) of Portsmouth, Ohio; eight granddaughters and two grandsons.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Richard Flowers.
