Funeral services for Jeffrey Young will be held at the First Baptist Church of Stanton at 2 p.m. Wednesday April, 30, 2014. Burial will follow at the Evergreen Cemetery.

He was born April 6, 1965, in Stanton to the late Joseph II and Bobbie Young. He was the eigth of nine children. Jeffery attended public school in Stanton. He worked for Ellis & Son Plumbing and enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Jeffrey passed away in San Antonio on Wednesday April 23, 2014.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph II and Bobbie Neil Young, his brother, Curtis Wallace, and nephew, Little Anthony Young.

Survivors include his siblings, Willie B. from Greenwood, Faye of Midland, Joseph III and Lisa of Oklahoma City, Okla., Joe Lynn Young of Fort Stockton, Anthony Wright of Big Spring, Brenda Young and Leslie Lewis of Greenwood, twin sister Jennifer (Jan) and Jimmy Bueno of Odessa, Denise Wright and Billy Wright of Midland, and Stacey Young and wife Bernadette of Big Spring; 18 nieces, 18 nephews, 77 great-nieces and nephews and 16 great-great-nieces and nephews; and many other family members and friends.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Stanton Memorial Funeral Home.
