Jose A. Regalado

Jose A. Regalado, 70, of Big Spring died Monday, Jan. 2, 2012, in Big Spring. Vigil services will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at Myers & Smith Chapel. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with burial at Mt. Olive Memorial Park.

He was born Aug. 31, 1941, in Floresville, Texas, to Francisca and Ignacio Regalado. He was a window installer at Big Spring Auto Glass for 20 years. He was a resident of Big Spring for 45 years and was a Catholic.

He is survived by seven daughters: Linda Palacios and Margaret Castillo, both of Poth, Cynthia Ann Mize of Big Spring, Yvette Delgado of Round Rock, Mimi Kramer of Delaware, Elizabeth DeLeon of San Antonio and Jennifer Regalado of Big Spring; three sons: Jose A. Regalado Jr., of Elmendorf, Ernest Regalado of Floresville and Richard Regalado of Arkansas; two sisters: Anita Regalado and Jovita Rangel; seven brothers: Genaro Regalado, Ruben Regalado, Leonard Regalado, Geronimo Regalado, George Regalado, Geraldo Regalado and Ray Regalado; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Tomasa “Tommie” Regalado, on Feb. 21, 2011.
