Juan Limon Sr., 84, of Big Spring died Saturday, June 21, 2014, in a local hospital. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2014, at the Peace Chapel at Trinity Memorial Park.
Juan was born Oct. 6, 1929 in West, Texas, and married Juana Lujan Sept. 6, 1951, in Big Spring, Texas.
He served in the United States Army during the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife, Juana Limon of Big Spring; one son, Jon Limon of Midland, Texas; five brothers, Manuel Limon of Big Spring, Benny Limon, Raymond Limon and Jody Limon, all of Lubbock, and Jesse Limon of Irving; and two sisters, Frances Chavez of Waxahachie, Texas, and Josephine Stevenson of Big Spring.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ynez and Maria Limon; and a brother, Ernest Limon.
The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 2121, Big Spring, Texas 79721-2121.
