Judy Graham, 70, of Tarzan died Thursday, March 13, 2013, at Hospice of Midland Inpatient Unit. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Evergreen Cemetery in Stanton. Visitation will be held from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Myers & Smith Chapel.
She was born Sept. 8, 1942, in Gregton, Texas, to Lee and Carol Hammon. She married Freddie Graham March 3, 1960, in Big Spring. She was a long time resident of Howard and Martin counties and worked in the public schools as a custodian and substitute teacher for Grady ISD. She was a Baptist.
She is survived by one son, Randy Graham and wife Beverly of Midland; one daughter, Jody Rhoton and husband Brent of Sherman; five grandchildren, Katie Culifer and husband John of Tom Bean, Texas, Jamie Rhoton of Sherman, Brittany, Chris and Michael Graham, all of Midland; two great-grandchildren, Johnathan Culifer of Tom Bean, Texas, and Matthew Graham of Midland; one sister, Jean Slate and husband Edward of Big Spring; one brother, John Hull and wife Laura of Frisco, Texas; four sisters-in-law, Virgie Burchell of Big Spring, Joyce King of Blytheville, Ark., Marie Kirkham and husband Kirk and Brenda Riddle and husband Gary, all of San Angelo; numerous nieces and nephews; and many dogs who she considered her second set of kids.
Her husband, Freddie, preceded her in death June 20, 2011. She was also preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Carol and Leo Hull; and her father and stepmother, Lee and Genevieve Hammon.
