Lillie Kerr, 85, died Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Myers & Smith Chapel with burial at Mount Olive Memorial Park.

She was born Dec. 19, 1927, in Spur, Texas, to Bessie and Ervin Smith. She married Glendon Kerr on June 19, 1955, in Lovington. He preceded her in death Oct. 27, 1987. She was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Baptist.

She is survived by three daughters, Mildred Smith of Hollywood, Fla., Linda McCarty of Big Spring and Anna Ruth Osburn of Vancouver, Wash.; one sister, Flora Mae Smith of Spur; six grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
