Goats and lambs took the stage Wednesday during the Howard County Junior Livestock Show.

In the goat division there were two classes in each weight division. Coahoma FFA member Emilee Custer was named light weight division champion. She entered two goats, one in the Class 1, which took first place and weighed 64 pounds and the other in the Class 2 which placed fourth and weighed 75 pounds.

The goat shown by Sands FFA member Kobyn Ramey gained the title of light weight division reserve champion. Ramey entered one goat in Class 2 and had it place first with a weight of 67 pounds. For Class 3 and Class 4 — which made up the middle weight divisions — Coahoma FFA Member Emilee Custer's entry once again earned her the title of champion. Her goat was entered in the class 3 and placed first with a weight of 81 pounds.
