Louise Terry, 92, of Big Spring died Friday, Dec. 14, 2012, in Lubbock. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Trinity Memorial Park with Pastor Bill Ivins, pastor of First United Methodist Church, officiating.
She was born Feb. 8, 1920, in Columbia Falls, Maine, to Amy and Percy Ingersoll. She grew up in Sour Lake, Texas, and married Elgie Lee Terry on June 5, 1938, in Sour Lake. They were married 72 years and he preceded her in death June 16, 2010.
She was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Karen Stevens and husband Howard of Big Spring and Shirley Edwards and husband Benny of Lubbock; one son, Roger Terry of Lubbock; one sister, Margaret Ray of Beaumont, Texas; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, David Terry.
