Massive turnaround on hold at refinery

Alon Refinery officials have temporarily put the brakes on the facility’s largest fixer-upper project in years.

The refinery’s “turnaround” project, which will result in the most extensive renovation the facility has undergone since 2008, has been halted to give officials more time to fine-tune the project.
