Mike and Sonya Hernandez announce the arrival of their baby boy, Michael Arnulfo Shane Hernandez.
Michael was born Feb. 17, 2011 at 2:25 p.m. He weighed seven pounds one ounce and was 19 inches long.
His maternal grandparents are the late Rebecca Cannon of Big Spring and the late Harold Lee Hancock – Beckley of West Virginia. His paternal grandparents are Shorty and Emma Hernandez of Coahoma.
He was welcomed home by siblings Stevi Faye Madry and Mia Jean Hernandez.
