Music to highlight Cinco de Mayo festivities

April 23, 2014

Get ready, it’s almost Cinco de Mayo time.

A number of bands are expected to perform for the two-day Cinco de Mayo festivities, sponsored by the North Side Movement and co-sponsored by Budwieser and Pepsico.

“The North Side Movement (NSM) is very excited on hosting its first Cinco de Mayo,” said Nati Saldivar of the NSM. “We have advertised within a 100-mile radius. The musical line up — Revo Live, Kingz1, Grupo Vida and, of course, Latin Grammy nominee Gary Hobbs — all have a large fan base so we are anticipating and preparing ourselves for a large crowd. We look forward to sharing our culture and background with old and new friends.”
