Nancy Elaine Robbins

Nancy Elaine Robbins, 68, of Big Spring died Sunday, May 6, 2012, at her residence. Memorial services will be held from noon until 4 p.m. Saturday, May 12, 2012, at the home of James and Sharon Robbins.

She was born Sept. 1, 1943, in Marfa, Texas, and married James Phillip Robbins Jr. in 1962 in Fort Stockton, Texas. He preceded her in death in November 1975.

Nancy worked as a cosmetologist and retired in 2001. She moved to Big Spring in 2002 from Spring Branch, Texas. Nancy loved animals and showing dogs.

Survivors include one son, James Robbins and wife Sharon of Big Spring; one daughter, Nanette Robbins of Big Spring; her mother, Anna Teague of Fort Davis; one sister, Diana Lannom and husband Tony of Fort Davis; one brother, Roger Lee and wife Kay of Odessa; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
