Scarlett Marie O'Neill

Richard and Rachel O’Neill, of Austin, Texas, announce the birth of their baby girl, Scarlett Marie O’Neill.
Scarlett was born Jan. 20, 2012, at Seton Southwest Hospital in Austin.
She weighed 7 pounds 15 ounces and measured 20 ½ inches long.
Her maternal grandparents are Dub Clinton and Lucy and Tom Marlow, all of Big Spring.
Her paternal grandparents are Ed and Sherrie O’Neill and Katherine and Hollis Farris, all of San Angelo.
