He weighed 7 pounds 14 ounces and measured 19 inches long.
His maternal grandparents are Jerry and Marlina Paredez. His paternal grandparents are Edward Ornelas Sr. and Syvia Ornelas.
Victor was welcomed home by his big sister Kloe Canales.
