The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 9 a.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. today:
• MARCUS EMORY STURGILL, 22, of 1216 E. 15th St., was arrested Saturday on a charge of no driver's license – when unlicensed.
• CASEY RAY BRACKETT, 19, of 1204 Pennsylvania, was arrested Saturday on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• LEONARD RAY DEANDA, 19, of Abilene, was arrested Saturday on a warrant from another agency.
• DAMIAN WESLEY BAILEY, 20, of 538 Westover Rd. Apt. 154, was arrested Saturday on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• STEVEN LEE JOHNSON, 49, of 3200 Auburn, was arrested Saturday on a charge of terroristic threat against a public servant.
• CHRISTOPHER VALBUENA, 36, of 908 N.W. Second St., was arrested Sunday on two warrants from another agency.
• JAMEY SCOTT JOHNSON, 48, transient, was arrested Sunday on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• MARTIN DIAZ JR., 18, of 1611 E. Fifth St., was arrested Sunday on warrants for possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and failure to identify as a fugitive from justice – giving false information.
• BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE was reported in the 1200 block of Stanford.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 2800 block of Coronado.
In the 800 block of W. FM 700.
• ASSAULT was reported:
In the 1000 block of S. Nolan.
In the 400 block of S. Douglas.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 1200 block of Lamar.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:

• ERICKA (FRANKS) WILLIAMS, 37, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of theft.
• CASEY GENE RICHTER, 23, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on charges and warrants for open container, violation of a promise to appear, bail jumping – failure to appear and fraudulent possession of a controlled substance prescription (two counts).
• RONNIE LEE MONCADA, 46, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on an Austin parole warrant.
• JOHN ALLEN SILEN, 19, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct – obscene language, minor in possession of alcohol and minor in consumption of alcohol (three counts).
• THOMAS DEMENY, 42, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a charge of failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• HECTOR HUGO HAUMADA-CARILLO, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on an El Paso warrant for fugitive – probation violation for distribution of a controlled substance.
• DAVID YOUNG, 73, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a charge of occupational license.
• TRAVIS JONES, 22, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on an Oklahoma fugitive warrant for failure to appear – domestic assault.
• LESLIE SMITHWICK, 26, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on charges of violation of a promise to appear (two counts), no liability insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, driving while license invalid and parent contributing to the non-attendance (two counts).
• ROBERT RUBIN SANCHEZ, 46, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• BRIANA MICHELLE GRAHAM, 31, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• DAMIAN WESLEY BAILEY, 20, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• KIMBERLY LATHASA TUBBS, 29, was arrested Saturday by DPS on a charge of public intoxication.
• JAMES ELLIOT MULLHOLAND, 26, was arrested Saturday by DPS on a charge of public intoxication.
• CASEY BRACKETT, 19, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• LEONARD RAY DEANDA, 19, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of theft.
• MARCUS EMORY STURGILL, 22, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of no driver's license.
• HENRY FLORENCIO ALVAREZ, 21, was arrested Saturday by DPS on Medina County warrants for assault causing bodily injury (two counts) and indictment – credit card abuse.
• STEVEN LEE JOHNSON, 49, was transferred to the county jail Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of terroristic threat against a public servant.
• CHRISTOPHER VALBUENA, 36, was transferred to the county jail Sunday by the BSPD on charges of no liability insurance and violation of a promise to appear.
• VALERIE JEANNETTE RAMIREZ, 25, was arrested Sunday by DPS on municipal warrants for disregarding warning signs or barricades and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• JAMEY SCOTT JOHNSON, 48, was transferred to the county jail Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• MARTIN DIAZ JR., 18, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the BSPD on charges of failure to identify as a fugitive from justice – giving false information and possession of a controlled substance (two counts).
