The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 9 a.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. today:
• MIGUEL ANGEL REYES JR., 34, of 1519 Tucson, was arrested Sunday on a charge of public intoxication.
• EMMETT WAYNE RASH, 37, of Granbury, Texas, was arrested Sunday on a charge of driving while intoxicated – second offense.
• ALFONSO VARGAS, 23, of 3604 Hamilton, was arrested Sunday on a warrant for no driver's license – when unlicensed.
• EAMON SEAN DALEY, 20, of Fort Worth, Texas, was arrested Sunday on a charge of consumption of alcohol by a minor.
• VANESSA AVERILLA CORONA, 22, of 3604 Hamilton, was arrested Sunday on a charge of driving while intoxicated – blood alcohol more than 0.15.
• KELLEN CRUZ PADRON, 21, of Waxahachie, Texas, was arrested Sunday on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• JOEL RODRIGUEZ, 42, of 602 Circle, was arrested Sunday on a warrant from another agency.
• PAULA MARIE BALEN RODRIGUEZ, 18, of 602 Circle, was arrested Sunday on warrants for disorderly conduct – language (two counts).
• KEVIN IAN GARZA, 19, of 602 Circle, was arrested Sunday on warrants for juvenile curfew violation (two counts).
• RONALD STANLEY HASELBY, 62, of Carlsbad, N.M., was arrested Sunday on a charge of public intoxication.
• ZACHARY RAY WILLIAMS, 31, of 4113 Muir, was arrested Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear.
• CARIE ANN MILNE, 42, of Bellmead, Texas, was arrested Sunday on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported:
In the 4000 block of Vicky.
In the 600 block of S. Aylesford.
In the 1000 block of E. 14th Street.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported:
In the 800 block of W. FM 700.
In the 1000 block of N. Main Street.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:

• HUGH EDLEY RHYNE JR., 66, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a charge of terroristic threat of a family/household.
• MARCUS PAUL NEAL, 53, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for failure to display driver's license, expired motor vehicle registration, failure to maintain financial responsibility (two counts), violation of a promise to appear (three counts) and no driver's license.
• ELIZABETH ANN MURILLO, 58, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• JEREMIAH EZEKIEL LOSCANO, 20, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on charges of failure to comply with sex offender registration life/annually and injury to a child/elderly/disabled with intent to cause serious bodily injury/mental.
• LUIS FERNANDO OLGUIN, 29, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by DPS on a charge of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• ALMA WAYDEAN RICHTER, 36, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on charges of no driver's license, disobeying a stop sign and open container.
• TERRY LEE SCARBERRY, 57, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by DPS on a charge of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• MICHAEL ALLEN RICHTER, 38, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on municipal capias warrants for no license plate light and driving while license invalid.
• BILLY RAY HALL, 35, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on a charge of theft of property – more than $1,500 and less than $20,000.
• PAUL ANTHONY PAZ, 42, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on a charge of aggravated assault – family violence.
• WILLIAM DILLAN LUXTON, 20, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the Martin County Sheriff's Office on charges of harboring a runaway, escape, harassing a public servant and indecency with a child.
• RICARDO RUIZ, 39, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a Midland County warrant for theft of property – more than $500 and less than $1,500.
• KIMBERLY MARIE RUIZ, 29, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of bail jumping – failure to appear.
• TYLER MICHAEL STEEN ROACH, 20, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on charges of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• LEONA JEAN RADASA, 31, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• ERBEY LOPEZ, 48, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by DPS on a Glasscock County warrant for driving while intoxicated – open container.
