The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. today:
• AMADOR RIOS JR., 30, of 4215 Dixon, was arrested Monday on a charge of public intoxication.
• DANIEL LORENZO TORRES, 29, of 1408 Wood, was arrested Monday on a warrant from another agency.
• RONDEL WAYNE BROCK, 58, of 2800 Macauslan, was arrested Monday on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.
• BOBBY LEE AGUERO JR., 29, of 1402 Mt. Vernon, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of hindering officers discharging official duties.
• JOE ERNEST VALENCIA SR., 48, of 202 N.E. Third St., was arrested Tuesday on a charge of hindering officers discharging official duties.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 1200 block of E. FM 700.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported:
In the 200 block of Grant Avenue.
In the 2900 block of Cherokee.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 68 inmates at the time of this report.
• MARY JANE CASTILLO, 43, was arrested Monday by DPS on municipal warrants for speeding and violation of a promise to appear.
• RICKEY WINTERS, 58, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a judgment/sentence for driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• RONDEL WAYNE BROCK, 58, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.
• BOBBY LEE AGUERO JR., 29, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• JOE VALENCIA, 48, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of hindering officers discharging official duties.
