The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 9 a.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. today:
• ALBERT MARTINEZ JR., 32, of 2412 Runnels, was arrested Saturday on a charge of assault – family violence.
• JOHN HENRY CHAPPELL, 34, of 1510 Todd Rd., was arrested Saturday on a charge of public intoxication.
• LARRY GARCIA, 49, of 906 S. Runnels, was arrested Saturday on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• DANIEL DELEON, 30, of 705 E. 13th St., was arrested Saturday on charges of driving while license suspended/invalid with a previous conviction, driving while license invalid (two counts) and no safety belt – child less than 17 years of age.
• CYNTHIA JEAN WHITE, 46, of 5203 Sterling Rd., was arrested Saturday on a charge of driving while license invalid.
• FRANK RODRIGUEZ JR., 22, of 504 S. Goliad, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for speeding.
• DONALD CERVANTES, 38, of 1708 S. Johnson, was arrested Saturday on a warrant from another agency and a warrant for driving while license invalid.
• JOSE LIONEL CERDA, 42, of 601 State St., was arrested Saturday on a charge of public intoxication.
• HENRY RAMIREZ, 54, of 4212 Parkway, was arrested Saturday on a charge of public intoxication.
• NEAL LAVEL SAMPLE, 17, of 2501 Langley, was arrested Sunday on charges of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle and failure to identify – giving false information.
• CHELSEA NICOLE CHAVARRIA, 20, of 1507 S. Lancaster, was arrested Sunday on a warrant from another agency.
• FRANCISCO LOYA, 32, of Weatherford, was arrested Sunday on a charge of driving while license suspended/invalid with a previous conviction.
• ASSAULT was reported in the 1700 block of E. Third Street.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 600 block of S. Aylesford.
In the 400 block of E. Fourth Street.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:

• JASON EARNEST KEY, 28, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a municipal warrant for animal at large.
• JOHN RANDALL EVATT, 47, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on Randall County warrants for theft by check and capias warrant – issuance of a bad check.
• RUDY H. MORENO, 49, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of bail jumping – failure to appear.
• LOUIS NAVA, 36, was arrested Friday on a Midland County warrant for credit/debit card abuse.
• MARTIN ANTONIO MORENO, 23, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a charge of failure to drive in a single lane.
• CYNTHIA LYNN HERNANDEZ, 30, was arrested Friday by DPS on a municipal warrant for speeding.
• BRANDI LYNN MAYO, 27, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on Howard County warrants for possession of marijuana in a drug free zone – two ounces or less and possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• JESSIE JAMES COLLINS, 23, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on charges of assault on a public servant, public intoxication and disorderly conduct – language.
• OSWALDO MARTINEZ, 57, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of assault causing bodily injury.
• ALBERT MARTINEZ, 32, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of assault – family violence.
• JOSE MONTEMAYOR, 43, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on a charge of assault – family violence.
• ERIC DWAYNE BERRY, 21, was arrested Saturday by DPS on a municipal warrant for theft.
• JOHN HENRY CHAPPELL, 34, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• LEROY ZUBIATE, 27, was arrested Saturday by DPS on charges of driving while intoxicated – open container and driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• LARRY GARCIA SR., 49, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• ALBERTO JOSE GALLEGOS, 21, was arrested Saturday by DPS on charges of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension, interfering with public duties, no driver's license – when unlicensed and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• KATHLEEN CASTILLO, 52, was arrested Saturday by DPS on charges of changing lanes unsafely and driving while license invalid.
• DOROTHY RAYLENE TURNER, 49, was arrested Saturday by by DPS on a charge of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• DANIEL DELEON JR., 30, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on charges of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension, driving while license invalid (two counts) and unrestrained child under 18 years of age.
• CYNTHIA WHITE, 46, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while license invalid.
• LAURA LOUISE PARTLOW, 29, was arrested Saturday by DPS on charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana – two ounces or less and duty on striking fixture/highway landscape.
• FRANK RODRIGUEZ, 22, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of speeding.
• JAMES DEWAYNE HEADRICK, 39, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on Austin parole warrants for driving while intoxicated – third or more offense and a Hale County warrant for violation of parole – driving while intoxicated (third or more offense).
• DONALD CERVANTES, 38, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on charges of theft by check and driving while license invalid.
