The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 9 a.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. today:
• DERRICK DAMOND WILBERT, 31, of 404 Circle St., was arrested Sunday on a charge of driving while license suspended/invalid – no insurance.
• DAVID ORTIZ GONZALES JR., 32, of 4617 Ash St., was arrested Sunday on a charge of public intoxication.
• ROBERT GARDNER LYNCH JR., 51, of 300 Veterans Blvd., was arrested Sunday on charges of resisting arrest, search or transportation and public intoxication.
• RODOLFO VELA, 24, of 2202 Williams Rd., was arrested Sunday on a charge of public intoxication.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 1400 block of Tucson.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported:
In the 1500 block of Lincoln Avenue.
In the 2400 block of Main Street.

• CHRISTOPHER HUGH SIMPSON, 43, was booked into the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• CHRISTOPHER RYAN COLEGROVE, 19, was booked into the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a charge of disorderly conduct – fighting and municipal warrants for failure to appear (two counts), no seat belt – passenger and violation of a promise to appear.
• LARRY HERNANDEZ, 51, was booked into the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a motion to revoke probation for theft by check.
• CHANCE PATRICK NEWTON, 21, was booked into the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a charge of disorderly conduct – fighting.
• SHANE ALAN KNOWLTON, 25, was booked into the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a charge of disorderly conduct – fighting.
• ANTHONY ROBERT SANCHEZ JR., 25, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on a charge of no driver's license.
• ROBERT KYLE HESS, 23, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• TIFFANY NICOLE TORRES, 25, was booked into the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for no driver's license, displaying an expired registration, failure to maintain financial responsibility and violation of a promise to appear.
• YOEL DIAZ TORRES, 31, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on a charge of theft of property – more than $20,000 and less than $100,000.
• ISMAEL DIAZ, 25, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on a charge of theft of property – more than $20,000 and less than $100,000.
• VICTOR REYES GONZALES, 39, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on a charge of theft of property – more than $20,000 and less than $100,000.
• MATTHEW RODRIGUEZ, 26, was booked into the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on charges of failure to identify and failure to appear.
• JIMMY DALE BAKER, 55, was arrested Sunday by the HCSO on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
• DERRICK DAMOND WILBERT, 31, was booked into the county jail Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• KENDRA LYNN HARRISON, 40, was arrested Sunday by the HCSO on charges of possession of a controlled substance and attempting to bring a prohibited substance into a correctional facility.
• DAVID ORTIZ GOZALES, 32, was booked into the county jail Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• GERARDO MIGUEL ROJAS, 31, was arrested Sunday by DPS on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• DAVID RAY ROJAS, 33, was arrested Sunday by DPS on a charge of public intoxication.
• RODOLFO VELA, 24, was arrested Sunday by the HCSO on a charge of public intoxication.
• ROBERT GARONER LYNCH JR., was booked into the county jail Monday by the BSPD on charges of public intoxication and resisting arrest, search or transportation.
