The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 9 a.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. today:
• JAVIER MIRAMONTES, 30, of Fort Worth, Texas, was arrested Sunday on a warrant from another agency.
• MICHAEL DEAN NALL, 33, of 1605 Sunset, was arrested Sunday on warrants for expired motor vehicle inspection certificate and expired registration.
• RAYMOND EARL OVERTON, 33, of 405.5 Moss Lake Rd., was arrested Sunday on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• WELDON JAMES AKIN, 40, of 4201 W. Highway 80 Apt. 45, was arrested Sunday on warrants for expired motor vehicle inspection certificate and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• TRACE SHERMAN YATES, 26, of Odessa, Texas, was arrested Sunday on a charge of public intoxication.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported:
In the 1700 block of E. Third Street.
In the 1800 block of State Street.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 1700 block of E. Third Street.
In the 1100 block of Nolan.
In the 900 block of Nolan.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported in the 3500 block of W. Interstate Highway 20.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 70 inmates at the time of this report.
• JOE ANTHONY BUSTAMANTE, 23, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for driving while license invalid, failure to change address/name within 30 days and failure to appear (two counts).
• NATHAN DELCO ROBINSON, 37, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on Howard County warrants for judgment/sentence - delivery of marijuana (two counts).
• CARL WILLIAM WELLS, 29, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of aggravated assault with a weapon.
• TONY GLEN BAKER, 26, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of parent contributing to non-attendance.
• ESPERANZA GARZA, 42, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• ADRIAN PATRICK VALENCIA, 23, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on charges of speeding and violation of a promise to appear.
• JOE VALENCIA, 49, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for hindering a police officer and failure to appear.
• MONICA MONIC MARTINEZ, 29, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on municipal capias warrants for no driver's license and failure to appear.
• MICHAEL BRIAN BASS, 39, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for no driver's license and failure to appear.
• BRIAN THOMAS MEIBORG, 24, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a warrant for an Austin parole violation.
• ASHLEE JEAN STRICKLAND, 29, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a municipal capias warrant for speeding in a school zone.
• KIMBERLY FOSTER, 30, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• LOYD BRIAN HOLLAND, 30, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on charges of use or possession of illegal smoking materials and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• ANDREANA MARTINEZ, 26, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for driving while license invalid and violation of a promise to appear.
• KIMBERLY NICOLE HERNANDEZ, 29, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of parent contributing to the non-attendance and municipal warrants for driving while license invalid, failure to appear (two counts), child not secured by safety belt (two counts), violation of a promise to appear (two counts), no driver's license, unrestrained child under 18 years of age, chained dog, animal at large and a capias warrant for no driver's license.
• DERRICK DAMOND WILBERT, 31, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• TERRY MARQUEZ, 27, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of theft of property – more than $500 and less than $1,500.
• BRITTANY CASTILLO, 19, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of displaying an expired license plate, capias warrants for failure to appear, violation of a promise to appear and disorderly conduct and municipal warrants for expired motor vehicle inspection, violation of a rpomise to appear, displaying expired registration, failure to appear (two counts) and no driver's license.
• MARTIN DOMINGUEZ, 24, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on charges of possession of a controlled substance and tampering/fabricating physical evidence.
• FRANCISCO GENE REYES, 20, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
• MICHAEL DEAN NALL, 33, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on municipal capias warrants for expired motor vehicle inspection and displaying expired registration.
• TRACE SHERMAN YATES, 26, was arrested Sunday by the HCSO on a charge of public intoxication.
• CURTIS CHARLES CALLOWAY, 34, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• JAVIER MIRAMONTES, 30, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on a Tarrant County warrant for non-payment of child support.
• WELDON JAMES AKIN, 40, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for expired motor vehicle inspection certificate and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• RAYMOND OVERTON JR., 33, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• DARRICK DEWAYNE MOSLEY, 44, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on a motion to revoke probation for parole violation.
• THEODORE DIAZ, 44, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 500 block of S. Birdwell Lane. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 500 block of E. 12th Street. Service refused.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 8900 block of S. Service Road in Sand Springs. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1500 block of Wood. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 100 block of E. 15th Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported in the 600 block of E. FM 700. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1700 block of Lancaster. One person was transported to SMMC.
• STRUCTURE FIRE was reported in the 2200 block of Johnson.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 300 block of E. Third Street. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1300 block of Gregg Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1300 block of Wood. One person was transported to SMMC.
