The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 9 a.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. today:
• SANTIAGO GOMEZ GALINDO, 25, of Midland, Texas, was arrested Sunday, on charges of hindering officers discharging official duties and failure to identify.
• ROSARIO CABRERA SANCHEZ, 55, of Odessa, Texas, was arrested Sunday on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• ROBERT GARDNER LYNCH JR., 51, of 300 Veterans Blvd, was arrested Sunday on a charge of public intoxication.
• ROYCE TAP MCINTOSH, 20, of 2800 Crestline, was arrested Sunday on a charge of consumption of alcohol by a minor.
• AMANDO BEDOY CORTEZ III, 19, of 708 W. 18th St., was arrested Sunday on a charge of consumption of alcohol by a minor.
• MARIA HOLGUIN, 43, of 111 E. 18th St., was arrested Sunday on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• MICHAEL WADE WELCH, 32, transient, was arrested Sunday on warrants for theft by check – more than $20 and less than $500 and issuance of a bad check.
• ASSAULT was reported in the 1600 block of Martin Luther King Blvd.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 1300 block of Lamar.
• THEFT was reported in the 1700 block of Purdue.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:

• RICHARD ADAM BAILEY, 35, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of bail jumping – failure to appear.
• WILLIAM RUSSELL CHANCELLOR, 25, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of public intoxication and a Dallas warrant for criminal mischief.
• JOSHUA VINCE MUNOZ, 24, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a Lubbock County warrant for driving while intoxicated – second offense.
• HECTOR YOBANI MERLO, 33, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a charge of interference with railroad property.
• CASEY BRACKETT, 20, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• LUPE HINOJOS, 38, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a charge of criminal mischief.
• JIMMY NOEL ANTONES, 25, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a charge of interference with railroad property.
• SAMUEL DE JESUS VASQUEZ, 29, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a charge of interfering with railroad property.
• STEPHANIE ELAINE BAKER, 32, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a Martin County warrant for fraudulent use or possession of identifying information.
• CHAD LEE PUGA, 27, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on violation of the 50-feet rule, violation of a promise to appear and municipal warrants for driving while license invalid, failure to appear and driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• LANCE WAYNE BIDDLE LAND, 23, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a motion to revoke probation for evading arrest or detention.
• CESAR GAMEROS ANDAZOLA, 49, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on charges of driving while intoxicated – third or more offense and abandoning/endangering a child – imminent danger of bodily injury.
• JOSE MUNOZ, 47, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for assault of a family or household member – impede breathing or circulation, theft by check, issuance of a bad check (two counts), driving while license invalid (two counts) and violation of a promise to appear.
• EDWARD LOPEZ, 23, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a municipal warrant for evading arrest or detention.
• ROBERT JAMES HUMPHUS, 32, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of hindering secured creditors – more than $20,000 and less than $100,000.
• ROBERT RUBIN SANCHEZ, 48, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• RUSSELL WAYNE CLAY, 51, 51, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• SANTIAGO GOMEZ GALINDO, 25, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on charges of failure to identify and hindering officers discharging official duties.
