The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 9 a.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. today:
• CHARLIE JAKE TURNER, 33, of 4215 Hamilton, was arrested Sunday on charges of public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• HENRY TREVINO FRANCO JR., 21, of 1009 E. 14th St., was arrested Sunday on warrants for c riminal mischief and failure to appear.
• KAYDRA NICOLE FRANCO, 23, of 105 N.E. 10th St., was arrested Sunday on warrants for failure to maintain financial responsibility, failure to use safety seat system for child and failure to appear (five counts).
• ANDY DEMOND PIPER, 26, of 1217 W. Third St., was arrested Sunday on a charge of driving while license invalid.
• KAMEO TREVON HOLLOWAY, 19, of 710 E. 17th St., was arrested Sunday on a charge of consumption of alcohol by a minor.
• BURGLARY was reported in the 1200 block of W. Sixth Street.
• THEFT was reported in the 1100 block of Ridgeroad.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:

• KENNETH WAYNE MCDONALD, 56, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of bail jumping – failure to appear and an Austin warrant for violation of parole – blue warrant.
• GARRETT WAYNE ROBBINS, 19, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a charge of turning when unsafe.
• JOANNA ROSE RAMIREZ, 30, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a charge of theft of property – more than $50 and less than $500.
• MARK HOLLIS RYERSON, 25, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• DAVID MICHAEL GATES, 20, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of driving under the influence by a minor.
• JOSE ANTONIO HERNANDEZ JR., 25, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on a motion to revoke probation for possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• MARTIN A. MORA, 35, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by DPS on charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana – two ounces or less, driving while license invalid, failure to maintain financial responsibility and municipal capias warrants for running a stop sign and expired driver's license.
• ROBERT RUBIN SANCHEZ, 48, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• DUSTIN LORENZ LACY, 27, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the Glasscock County Sheriff's Office on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
• KAYDRA NICOLE FRANCO, 23, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on municipal capias warrants for failure to maintain financial responsibility, failure to use child safety seat, violation of a promise to appear (four counts) and failure to appear.
• HENRY TREVINO FRANCO JR., 21, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of criminal mischief.
• JAMES MOURNING, 24, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the Glasscock County Sheriff's Office on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
• AMBER SUE PASCHAL, 18, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the Glasscock County Sheriff's Office on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
• CHARLIE JAKE TURNER, 33, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on charges of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.
• ALAN LEN BEARD, 51, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the VA Police on U.S. District Court charges of assault, resisting or impeding a federal peace officer, entering premise under the influence and disorderly conduct.
• ANDY PIPER, 26, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while license invalid.
• RHONETTA DENICE JOHNSON, 31, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the Martin County Sheriff's Office on charges of public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• KAMEO T. HOLLOWAY, 19, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of consumption of alcohol by a minor.
