The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 9 a.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. today:
• HOLSTON BANKS III, 21, of 1905 Donley, was arrested Sunday on a charge of harboring a runaway child.
• MARIA C. HERNANDEZ, 26, OF HOBBS, N.M., was arrested Sunday on a warrant from another agency.
• JOSE ANGEL CASTILLO, 57, of 3500 E. Interstate Highway 20, was arrested Sunday on a charge of driving while intoxicated – second offense.
• MICHAEL EUGENE MENEFIELD JR., 21, of 1509 Bluebird, was arrested Sunday on charges of disorderly conduct – exposing genitals/anus in public and public intoxication.
• JASON OWEN BEAUCHAMP, 28, of Colorado City, Texas, was arrested Sunday on a charge of obstructing highway or other passageway.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported:
In the 600 block of N.E. 10th Street.
In the 200 block of N. Main Street.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 200 block of W. FM 700.
In the 200 block of W. FM 700.
• BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE was reported in the 3200 block of Parkway.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:

• WILLIE KNITE FIELDS, 35, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of assault – family violence.
• NOE SOLIZ, 28, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of contempt of court – disobedience of a court order.
• CRYSTAL AMANDA MAYERS, 30, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of assault – family violence.
• RUBEN VEGA, 42, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a municipal capias warrant for following too closely.
• HOWARD EUGENE GRAHAM JR., 56, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the Glasscock County Sheriff's Office on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
• STEVEN HERNANDEZ, 55, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• BRIAN ANDRES GUERRA, 31, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a motion to revoke probation for possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• RAYMOND OVERTON JR., 33, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on a charge of disregarding a stop sign.
• JOHN FLORES JR., 48, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• WILLIE GUTIERREZ, 45, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by DPS on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• ANGLITA F. GUTIERREZ, 42, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• JOANN LOPEZ, 45, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on a charge of failure to identify as a fugitive – giving false information and municipal warrants for failure to appear (four counts), speeding, violation of a promise to appear (two counts) and driving while license invalid.
• DAVID RODRIGUEZ RIOS II, 26, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• ANSELMO ARREDONDO VEGA, 19, was arrested Sunday by the HCSO on a charge of public intoxication and municipal capias warrants for failure to appear (three counts), failure to maintain financial responsibility, no driver's license and assault – family violence.
• ANTHONY JOSEPH YANEZ, 21, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• JOSE ANGEL CASTILLO, 57, was arrested Sunday by the HCSO on a charge of driving while intoxicated – second offense.

• MARIA HERNANDEZ, 26, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on a motion to revoke probation for escape from custody.
