The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 9 a.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. today:
• JOSHUA ANTHONY RODRIGUEZ, 20, of 1413 Wood, was arrested Sunday on charges of criminal mischief – more than $50 and less than $500 and public intoxication of a minor.
• ANDREW BRITO, 21, of 301 N.E. Eighth St., was arrested Sunday on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a controlled substance.
• JOSE OLIVARES, 52, of 502 Lancaster, was arrested Sunday on warrants for failure to maintain financial responsibility, failure to appear (four counts), speeding in a school zone, failure to use child safety seat system, driving while license invalid, unlawful restraint and interfering with an emergency phone call.
• FLAVIO SERRANO GARCIA, 27, of 1806 Laurie, was arrested Sunday on a warrant from another agency.
• MERRILL CLAYTON CAMPBELL, 45, of 800 W. Marcy Apt. 16, was arrested Sunday on two warrants from other agencies.
• RONALD STANLEY HASELBY, 62, of Carlsbad, N.M., was arrested Sunday on a charge of public intoxication.
• LINDA KAY STEGMAN, 51, of 2911 W. Highway 80 Apt. 141, was arrested Sunday on a charge of disorderly conduct – language.
• DUSTY WAYNE DEATHERAGE, 29, of 2523 Chanute, was arrested Sunday on a charge of driving while intoxicated – second offense.
• TREVIN DOMINIC STEPHEN CHERRY, 18, of 403 Richie Rd., was arrested Sunday on a charge of assault causing bodily injury – family violence.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 3600 block of W. Highway 80.
In the 1000 block of Main Street.
In the 300 block of Owens.
In the 1000 block of Johnson.

• GARY WAYNE GEORGE, 50, was booked into the county detention center Friday by DPS on a charge of driving while intoxicated – second offense.
• LAUREN ELIZABETH PARDUE, 21, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a charge of disorderly conduct – noise.
• JUAN NIKOLE LARA, 18, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for no driver's license and failure to appear.
• CLINTON ROYCE JOINER, 29, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the Glassock County Sheriff's Office on a Glasscock County warrant for motion to revoke probation for possession of a controlled substance.
• KATYANA ALEXANDRIA CAMPBELL, 17, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of consumption of alcohol by a minor.
• THEODORE RIOS JR., 21, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a charge of theft – more than $50 and less than $500.
• LONNIE MALCOLM JOHNSON, 37, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of purchasing/furnishing alcohol to a minor.
• WILLIAM EARL EDWARDS IV, 41, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the Martin County Sheriff's Office on Martin County warrants for driving while license invalid with a previous conviction and possession of stolen property.
• MICHAEL LEE MARBEITER, 37, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while license suspended or invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• DANNY CLAYTON CROW, 29, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the Martin County Sheriff's Office on a Martin County warrants for failure to appear, driving while license invalid, assault causing bodily injury – family violence, terroristic threat of a family or household and unlawful restraint.
• KEVIN JAMES MENGES, 40, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on charges of driving while intoxicated – third or more offense and disregarding a stop light.
• SUSAN MAGALLANES, 31, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of no liability insurance.
• JOSE ALFREDO GOMEZ, 30, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• PAUL WILLIAM TEMPLE, 30, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• JASON WAYNE ENGLISH, 35, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of criminal trespass.
• JOHN RICHARD IVERS III, 34, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• JASON BARAJAS FRANCO, 37, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by DPS on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, unlawfully carrying a weapon, driving while intoxicated – second offense, possession of marijuana – two ounces or less, reckless driving, no driver's license – when unlicensed and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• LUIS GERARDO MONJE, 19, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by DPS on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• JACOB JAY AGUIRRE, 32, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the Martin County Sheriff's Office on a Martin County warrant for intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle – enhanced to a first-degree felony.
• MICHAEL LE'SHUNANTI DICKSON, 31, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the Martin County Sheriff's Office on a charge of judgment/sentence for failure to stop and render aid and municipal warrants for speeding, failure to appear, failure to maintain financial responsibility (two counts) and failure to yield the right-of-way.
• MAGAN BOYD, 28, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of assault – family violence.
• DUSTY WAYNE DEATHERAGE, 29, was arrested Sunday on a charge of driving while intoxicated – second offense.

• ANDREW BRITO, 21, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a controlled substance.
• JOSE OLIVARES, 52, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on charges of unlawful restraint, interfering with an emergency phone call and municipal warrants for failure to maintain financial responsibility, failure to appear (two counts), speeding in a school zone, violation of a promise to appear (two counts), unrestrained chid less than 5 years of age and driving while license invalid.
• MERRILL CAMPBELL, 45, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on charges of theft and failure to appear.
• FLAVIO SERRANO GARCIA, 27, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of bail jumping – failure to appear.
• SHERRARD ELROY OLIVER, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by DPS on a charge of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• TREVIN DOMINIC STEPHEN CHERRY, 18, was arrested Sunday by the HCSO on a charge of assault causing bodily injury – family violence.
• LINDA KAY STEGMAN, 51, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of disorderly conduct – vulgar language.
• RONALD HASELBY, 62, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
