The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. today:
• DANIEL LEE NOGGLER, 39, of 101 Moore Rd., was arrested Tuesday on a charge of aggravated assault with a motor vehicle.
• RANDY TIMOTHY ORTEGA, 33, of 704 S. Johnson, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant from another agency and warrants for speeding and failure to appear.
• RICHARD GENE ARMSTRONG, 32, of 203 Merrick Rd., was arrested Tuesday on warrants for expired motor vehicle inspection certificate and failure to appear.
• ROBERTO VALDEZ BALTAZAR, 37, of 3610 Hamilton, was arrested Tuesday on charges of driving while intoxicated – open container and driving while license suspended/invalid with a previous conviction.
• ASSAULT was reported in the 1700 block of E. FM 700.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 3200 block of Drexel.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 2900 block of W. Highway 80.
In the 2900 block of W. Highway 80.
In the 1100 block of Austin.
In the 1400 block of Nolan.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 70 inmates at the time of this report.
• DANIEL LEE NOGGLER, 39, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on charges of aggravated assault and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
• RANDY TIMOTHY ORTEGA, 33, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a warrant for motion to revoke probation and suspend license and municipal warrants for speeding and failure to appear.
• RICHARD GENE ARMSTRONG, 32, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for expired vehicle inspection and failure to appear.
• ROBERTO VALDEZ BALTAZAR, 37, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• SABRINA VALENCIA MADRID, 26, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while license invalid and a municipal warrant for failure to appear.
• BRANDON JOSEPH SCHEIRBECK, 37, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• JOHNNY LEE JOHNSON, 39, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of no driver's license.
• TONY GARZA, 39, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• CALEB JAMES CHAVEZ, 18, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2600 block of Coronado. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 1600 block of E. 11th Place. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1500 block of Union. One person was transported to SMMC.
