The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 9 a.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. today:
• ISA DELGADO CASTELLANO, 59, of 811 E. 14th St., was arrested Sunday on a charge of public intoxication.
• KENNETH NEIL RATLIFF, 41, of Comanche, Texas, was arrested Sunday on a charge of shoplifting - $50 or less.
• LLOYD WINFIELD MORGAN II, 22, of 909 Highland Dr., was arrested Sunday on a charge of public intoxication.
• JEFFERY THOMAS ARCHER, 42, of Priest River, Idaho, was arrested Sunday on a charge of public intoxication.
• TIMOTHY DALE HUMISTON, 36, of 502 Brelyn in Coahoma, was arrested Sunday on a charge of assault causing bodily injury – family violence.
• LESLIE DAWN HUMISTON, 35, of 502 Brelyn in Coahoma, was arrested Sunday on a warrant from another agency and a charge of assault causing bodily injury – family violence.
• EDWARD DEAN ATIKINSON, 47, of 3407 Highway 350, was arrested Sunday on a charge of public intoxication.
• ERICK AYALA SANCHEZ, 33, of 309 W. Main in Forsan, was arrested Sunday on a charge of assault causing bodily injury – family violence.
• VICENTE G. MEDRANO JR., 57, of Del Rio, Texas, was arrested Sunday on a warrant from another agency and charges of public intoxication and failure to identify as a fugitive – giving false information.
• JUAN DIEGO VALADEZ, 49, of Del Rio, Texas, was arrested Sunday on charges of driving while intoxicated and no driver's license – when unlicensed.
• BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE was reported in the 500 block of E. 16th Street.
• STOLEN VEHICLE was reported in the 3600 block of W. Highway 80.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:

• TAYLOR DALE ECKEL, 19, was booked into the county detention center Friday by DPS on an Ector County warrant for burglary of a vehicle.
• JESSE ALAN BORING, 34, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of failure to appear – possession of a controlled substance.
• HUTCHINSON MCWILLIAMS, 34, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on charges of issuance of a bad check, theft by check – more than $20 and less than $500, Midland County violation of probation for theft by check (two counts).
• MERRILL CAMPBELL, 45, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a judgment/sentence for driving while intoxicated – open container.
• JAMES NICHOLAS WINN, 33, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• KYLE JAMES THOMPSON, 22, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on charges of speeding and violation of a promise to appear.
• FRANCISCO JESUS NIETO, 34, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on charges of evading arrest or detention, driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension, public intoxication and an Austin Parole Division warrant.
• ROBERTO DUTCHOVER PEREZ JR., 27, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on a charge of assault impeding breathing or circulation – family violence.
• ZZACKRAY ALLEN RHODES, 20, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of no driver's license – when unlicensed.
• GARY DON GOODMAN, 18, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on municipal warrants for use or possession of illegal smoking materials, use or possession of illegal smoking paraphernalia and failure to appear.
• JEAN SHANNON SERRANO, 44, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by DPS on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• JOSIE RODRIGUEZ, 29, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of no driver's license – when unlicensed.
• MARK ANTHONY LOPEZ, 22, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less and municipal warrants for no driver's license – when unlicensed and failure to appear.
• NATHAN HENRY BAKER, 58, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a warrant from the Austin Parole Division.
• BRANDON BRENT MALASPINA, 27, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• AVEL ABREO RAMIREZ, 66, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• RONNIE DEARL SUTTON, 45, was arrested Sunday by the HCSO on a Kinney County Sheriff's Office warrant for unauthorized use of a vehicle.
• JEFFERY THOMAS ARCHER, 42, was arrested Sunday by the HCSO on a charge of public intoxication.

• MEDICAL was reported in the 300 block of Veterans Blvd. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported near the 191 mile marker of I-20. Service refused.
• DUMPSTER FIRE was reported in the 1300 block of Tucson.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of Alabama. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1400 block of Grafa. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 3600 block of W. Highway 80. One person was transported to SMMC.
