Police blotter 10-8-2011

The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Saturday:
• GABRIEL LEE MARTINEZ, 22, of 1611 Owens, was arrested Friday on warrants for theft greater than or equal to $500 and less than $1,500 all other, open container in a motor vehicle/driver and fail to appear.
• MELISSA GAY YOUNG, 42, of 800 Lancaster, was arrested Friday on a warrant for nuisance/animal repeatedly at large.
• JUAN MANUEL MARTINEZ-GONZALEZ, 68, of 609 S. Nolan, was arrested Friday on a charge of fictitious/counterfeit inspection certificate.
• INMANUEL ARRIAGA, 33, of 2615 Albrook, was arrested Friday on a charge of driving while license suspended/invalid — no insurance.
• MICHAEL SHAE JACKMAN, 25, of 7405 NCR 19, was arrested Friday on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than one gram.
• JESUS ENRIQUE GARCIA, 38, of Stanton, was arrested Friday on a charge of tampering/fabricating physical evidence.
• BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE was reported:
In the 2300 block of Kentucky.
In the 1300 block of W. Fourth Street.
