The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. June 21, 2013 and 7 a.m. today:
• MARIO IRENO YANEZ, 32, of 1510 Vines Ave., was arrested Friday on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child passenger.
• HUTCHISON LYNN MCWILLIAMS, 34, of 1408 E. Sixth St., was arrested Friday by the BSPD on a warrant from another agency.
• JAMES NICHOLAS WINN, 33, of 1200 S. Runnels St., was arrested Friday on a charge of public intoxication.
• FRANCISCO JESUS NIETO, 34, of 1003 State St., was arrested Friday on a charge of public intoxication and on warrants from another agency, three counts.
• ZACKRAY ALLEN RHODES, 20, of 602 E. 17th St., was arrested Saturday on a charge of no drivers license.
• KYLE JAMES THOMPSON, 22, of 200 Merrick Rd., Sand Springs, was arrested Friday on charges of bail jumping, failure to appear, fine on MC and speeding.
• ROBERTO DUTCHOVER PEREZ JR., 47, of 109 Pettus Rd., was arrested Saturday on charges of assault: family/household member and intentionally/recklessly impeding normal breathing or circulation.
• GARY DON GOODMAN, 18, of 1604 Benton, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear and two counts of use or possession of illegal smoking marijuana.
• THEFT was reported at the 500 block of Nolan St.
• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE was reported at the 1400 block of E. Sixth St.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported at the 2500 block of Kelly Circle.
• MINOR ACCIDENT was reported at the 600 block of Scurry St.
• ASSAULT was reported at the 2600 block of Albrook Dr.
• INTOXICATED SUBJECT was reported at the 400 block of Hillside Dr.
• BURGLARY IN PROGRESS was reported at the 600 block of Bucknell Ave.
• DISTURBANCE was reported at the 100 block of Pettus Rd.
• SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY was reported at the corner of S. Service Rd. and Hooser Rd.
