The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. today:
• OLIVIA TALIETHA BALLIN, 32, of 805 Lorilla, was arrested Wednesday on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana – more than two ounces and less than four ounces.
• JASON MAURICE THREATS, 34, of 805 Lorilla, was arrested Wednesday on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana – more than two ounces and less than four ounces.
• RAND DEL BUTTERFIELD, 27, of Odessa, Texas, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• JUDY ELAINE BLACK, 58, of 206 W. Leatherwood Rd., was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for assault causing bodily injury – family violence.
• TOBI LYNN BRIM, 34, of 206 W. Leatherwood Rd., was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for assault causing bodily injury – family violence.
• JUSTIN TROY BRIM, 33, of 206 W. Leatherwood Rd., was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for assault causing bodily injury – family violence.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported near the 184 mile marker of Interstate Highway 20.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 1500 block of Chickasaw.
In the 2000 block of Highway 176.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported in the 3500 block of E. Interstate Highway 20.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:

• RAND DEL BUTTERFIELD, 27, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• JUSTIN TROY BRIM, 33, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on a charge of assault causing bodily injury – family violence.
• JUDY ELAINE BLACK, 58, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on a charge of assault causing bodily injury – family violence.
• TOBI BRIM, 34, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on a charge of assault causing bodily injury – family violence.
• OLIVIA TALIETHA BALLIN, 32, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana – more than two ounces and less than four ounces.
• JASON MAURICE THREATS, 34, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana – more than two ounces and less than four ounces.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of W. Interstate Highway 20. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of N. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
• GAS LEAK was reported in the 1100 block of Stanford.
