The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Saturday:
• DAVID LYNN DOW, 27, of 1402 Tucson, was arrested Friday on a charge of criminal mischief.
• ZZANE RAYMOND OLYER-RHODES, 21, of 4201 W. Highway 80 Apt. 6, was arrested Friday on charges of driving while license suspended/invalid – no insurance, using a wireless device in a school zone and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• ARSEILA CORTEZ HERNANDEZ, 57, of 1404 Princeton, was arrested Friday on a charge of theft – shoplifting.
• AUGUSTINE RIVERA, 21, of 4209 Parkway, was arrested Friday on warrants for no safety belt and failure to appear.
• NOEL NOYOLA, 49, of 1304 Kindle, was arrested Friday on a warrant from another agency and warrants for failure to identify as a fugitive from justice – giving false information and failure to display driver's license.
• DARRICK DEWAYNE MOSLEY, 43, of 904 S. Aylesford, was arrested Friday on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• STEPHANIE CANALES NIETO, 30, of 804 W. 16th St., was arrested Friday on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
• HEATHER ANNE ATKINSON, 30, of 624 State, was arrested Friday on a warrant from another agency.
• STEPHEN KYLE GAY, 26, of 1509 Wood, was arrested Friday on a charge of driving while license suspended/invalid with a previous conviction.
• JUAN GONZALES, 40, of 1513 Wood, was arrested Friday on a charge of driving while license suspended/invalid – no insurance.
• JOHN WEST RUSK, 42, of 1315 Mesquite, was arrested Friday on a charge of theft – less than $1,500 with two or more convictions.
• AMY LEIGH YANEZ, 29, of 1414 Wood, was arrested Friday on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 1700 block of Settles.
In the 2000 block of S. Gregg Street.
In the 200 block of W. FM 700.
In the 300 block of S. Main Street
• BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE was reported in the 1900 block of Wasson Road.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported near the intersection of 14th Street and Lexington.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported:
In the 500 block of E. 13th Street.
In the 1300 block of Settles.
