The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. today:
• WILLIAM SCOTT SIMPSON, 49, of 1300 Stanford, was arrested Monday on a charge of public intoxication.
• ARTHUR LYNN RICHARDSON, 48, of 906 Douglas, was arrested Monday on warrants for failure to maintain financial responsibility (two counts) and speeding.
• JUAN ARNULFO CARDINA, 26, of 109 Algerita, was arrested Monday on a warrant for driving while intoxicated – open container.
• KEVIN SHEA BOYCE, 33, of 2902 Cherokee, was arrested Monday on a warrant for possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 2000 block of S. Goliad.
In the 200 block of W. FM 700.
• BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE was reported in the 400 block of E. Fourth Street.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported in the 1600 block of Lark.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 73 inmates at the time of this report.
• KEVIN SHEA BOYCE, 33, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a judgment/sentence for possession of marijuana – two ounces or less and a municipal warrant for speeding in a school zone.
• JUAN ARNULFO CARDINA, 26, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a judgment/sentence for driving while intoxicated – open container and municipal warrants for no driver's license, failure to appear (six counts) and violation of a promise to appear.
• REUBEN CURTIS INGRAM, 28, was arrested Sunday by the HCSO on a charge of bail jumping and failure to appear.
• JERRY LEE SMITH, 32, was arrested Monday by Glassock County Sheriff Office on a Glasscock County warrant for driving while license invalid, no insurance and a Tom Green County warrant for failure to appear for driving while license invalid.
• WILLIAM SCOTT SIMPSON, 49, was transferred to the county jail Monday by BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• AUTHUR LYNN RICHARDSON, 48, was transferred to the county jail Monday by BSPD on municipal warrants for failure to maintain financial responsibility (two counts) and speeding 65 mph in a 50 mph zone.
