The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. today:
• LYNDON TRENT FRALEY, 52, of 1506 Stadium, was arrested Monday on warrants for failure to signal turn and failure to yield right-of-way to emergency vehicle.
• ALBERTO RIVAS, 53, of 306 N.E. Sixth St., was arrested Monday on a warrant from another agency.
• SHAYNE CHRISTOPHER HUDGINS, 42, of 1425 E. Sixth St. Apt. 12, was arrested Monday on a warrant from another agency.
• DONNIE RAE SCHMALTZ, 26, of 1406 Sycamore, was arrested Monday on warrants for expired registration and bail jumping – failure to appear (fine only).
• THEFT was reported:
In the 3600 block of W. Highway 80.
In the 2000 block of S. Gregg Street.
In the 700 block of W. Interstate Highway 20.
In the 1900 block of Martin Luther King Blvd.
• BURGLARY OF A BUILDING was reported in the 1700 block of N. Highway 350.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 54 inmates at the time of this report.
• JUAN CORNEJO MORA, 27, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on an Austin warrant for parole violation.
• SHAYNE HUDGINS, 42, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on a motion to revoke probation for driving while intoxicated – third or more offense.
• ANGELA RUTH MALLONE, 40, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the Martin County Sheriff's Office on a judgment/sentence for possession of a controlled substance.
• LYNDON TRENT FRALEY, 52, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for failure to signal turn and failure to yield right-of-way to emergency vehicle.
• LELEAND DUANE JENKINS, 49, was arrested Tuesday by DPS on a miscellaneous Class C offense.
• DONNIE RAE SCHMALTZ, 26, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for displaying expired registration and failure to appear.
