The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. today:
• RILEY ERIK WOOD, 20, of 605 Highland, was arrested Thursday on a charge of evading arrest or detention.
• ANTHONY WAYNE MORRISON, 55, of 2911 W. Highway 80 Apt. 216, was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• ROBERT RUBEN SANCHEZ, 48, of 1023 Stadium, was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• AMY LEIGH SHIFFLETT, 30, of 209 N. Main St., was arrested Thursday on a warrant for issuance of a bad check, theft by check – more than $20 and less than $500 (two counts), bail jumping – failure to appear (fine only) and failure to use a safety belt – child less than 17 years of age.
• THEFT was reported in the 3600 block of W. Highway 80.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:

• DANIEL JESUS LEMON, 44, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on a judgment/sentence for possession of a controlled substance.
• GEORGE ROBERT GONZALES, 47, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on a judgment/sentence for driving while intoxicated.
• RILEY ERIK WOOD, 20, was booked into the county detention center Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of evading arrest or detention.
• ANTHONY WAYNE MORRISON, 55, was booked into the county detention center Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• AMY LEIGH SHIFFLETT, 30, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on charges of issuance of a bad check, theft of property – more than $50 and less than $500, violation of a promise to appear, no safety seat for child passenger and theft by check – more than $20 and less than $500 (two counts).
• ROBERT RUBIN SANCHEZ, 48, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• WALTER LYN TEMPLETON, 43, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
