The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. today:
• LARRY JOE WARD, 31, of 4009 W. Highway 80 Apt. 7, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant from another agency.
• RODOLFO HERNANDEZ JR., 41, of 1306 Tucson, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant from another agency and a warrant for fraudulent possession of a controlled substance prescription schedule 3-4.
• RILEY ERIK WOOD, 19, of 605 Highland, was arrested Thursday on charges of consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• JUSTIN WILLIAM GONZALES, 18, of 1112 Mulberry, was arrested Thursday on a charge of consumption of alcohol by a minor.
• FORGERY was reported:
In the 100 block of E. Third Street.
In the 1000 block of S. Main Street.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the area of the county courthouse.
• ASSAULT was reported:
In the 4200 block of Oak Street.
In the 7100 block of W. FM 846.
The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:

• RODOLFO HERNANDEZ JR., 41, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a motion to revoke probation for driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension and fraudulent possession of a controlled substance prescription – schedule 3-4.
• JUSTIN WILLIAM GONZALES, 18, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of minor in consumption of alcoholic beverage.
• RILEY ERIK WOOD, 19, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on charges of minor in consumption of alcoholic beverage and possession of drug paraphernalia.
